Payment & Shipping
The following payment methods are available to you:
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- Payment via PayPal
- Payment by credit card (processed via Mollie)
- Payment via Apple Pay (processed via Mollie)
The seller reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods. For new customers, the seller reserves the right to review or change the payment method selected by the customer. In case of any changes, we will notify you immediately and suggest alternative payment options. In such cases, we can only process your requested delivery upon acceptance of the proposed payment method.
Advance Payment by Bank Transfer
If you select advance payment, we will provide you with our bank account details in the order confirmation. Any bank fees for transfers from non-European countries are to be borne by the customer. The total amount must be transferred to our account within 5 business days after receipt of the order confirmation. The delivery period begins upon receipt of the full payment.

DHL Small Parcel (formerly DHL Warenpost, insured up to €50 and with tracking):
€4.50 up to 1 kg (large letter size, maximum 5 cm thick, mailbox slot)
DHL National Parcel (insured up to €500 and with tracking):

€18.00 for 10–20 kg
€24.00 for 20–50 kg
